Using Story Wizard Story Wizard is a 7-step guided setup for new stories. Steps 1. Title -- Give your story a name 2. Genre -- Pick your primary genre 3. Setting -- Describe the world: time, place, atmosphere 4. Characters -- Create characters with names, traits, roles, and relationships 5. Tone -- Dark, light, gritty, or romantic 6. Heat Level -- 1 (clean) to 5 (explicit) 7. Opening -- Write your own or let the AI generate one Pro Tips - Be specific with character traits: "sarcastic ex-military doctor" > "nice guy" - The setting description feeds directly into the AI context - You can edit everything after creation

Using the Lorebook

What is the Lorebook? The Lorebook is your story's memory system. Create entries for characters, locations, items, and lore. Creating an Entry 1. Open the Lore tab in the editor sidebar 2. Click Add Entry 3. Fill in: Name, Description (max 500 chars), Keywords How It Works When the AI generates text, it checks recent context for your keywords. If "Elena" appears in the last few paragraphs, her Lorebook entry gets included automatically. Tips - Keep entries concise (under 300 chars is ideal) - Use multiple keywords: "Elena, Dr. Vasquez, the doctor" - Update entries as your story evolves

DRY Sampling Explained

What is DRY Sampling? DRY stands for "Don't Repeat Yourself." It penalizes recently-used tokens, reducing repetitive AI output. When to Use It - AI keeps repeating phrases - Dialogue feels circular - Action scenes loop similar movements How to Toggle 1. Open Editor Settings (gear icon) 2. Find DRY Sampling 3. Toggle on/off DRY is on by default. Turning it off can help with poetic or rhythmic writing styles.

Context Window Explained

What is the Context Window?
